Territory Account Executive
|
The Territory Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within the New York and East Coast States territory. FCS focuses on selling risk management / due diligence services and online system including: UCC and Lien Searching, Online UCC Filing, Online UCC Portfolio Management System, Corporate Services, Registered Agent Services , Real Property Title Search Services, Litigation Research and Lien/Court Monitoring, selling to law firms, asset-based lenders and commercial banks.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and hands-on in establishing and defining sales processes and strategies to achieve FCS' business goals, including up-selling additional services to current client base. Other activities include communicating with clients about new product announcements and coordinating with the Marketing department to execute integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops sales plans and strategies that will increase client base and overall revenue and executes these plans through cold calling, qualifying and meeting with new prospects
- Creates and defines sales pipeline processes to ensure smooth prospect/client experience
- Utilizes salesforce.com to manage sales activities and generate reports to reflect quantity and quality of sales activities, in a timely manner
- Understands the complexity of selling services and products to legal and financial professionals (business to business environments) and targets Corporate Attorneys, banks, asset based lenders and organizations that manage commercial legal and lending transactions.
- Creates detailed sales proposals with the communication and marketing department
- Positive attitude in establishing new prospects and contacts
- Participates in contract negotiation
- Reports findings of interaction with prospects and clients to the marketing department and presents sales successes during manager meetings on a bi-annual basis
- Consolidates requests and shares information with marketing and development departments to contribute to product and marketing strategy
- Manages sales and marketing campaigns and events; and ensures attendance by prospective clients
- Establishes relationships with industry
- specific associations and attends events regularly
- Communicates FCS competitive advantage to customers in a compelling articulate manner in speech, writing and formal presentation
- Develops professional and positive relationships with customers
- Maintains a reputation of competence, integrity and professionalism
- Utilizes social media tools
- Engages in extensive travel and secures a minimum of 5 meeting s a week
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, law or related field; OR, if no degree, 14 years outside sales experience for non-manufacturing/non-agriculture product/services
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum:
- 10 years of sales experience in business to business environment
- True accountability for revenue generation and proven track record for meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Selling complex professional products and services
- Understands sales processes and pipelines
- Field and consultative style sales techniques
- English language (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and salesforce.com
- Ability to travel extensively and independently (air and car)
- Positive attitude with limited resources
- Discipline in working from home or remote office/location
Preferred Experience (in addition to minimum):
- Sales experience in UCC searching & filing, online UCC searching, filing and portfolio management system, Registered Agent, Corporate Services, and Social media marketing and sales strategies
- Product and promotional pricing strategy
- Accountability and proven record for transforming a business function

Network Administrator
|
First Corporate Solutions is seeking a network administrator to move our organization's systems and networking to the next level. We are a Win-tel on TCP/IP shop, the majority of which is Dell equipment, with bare metal and HyperV servers, high availability iSCSI SAN data storage systems, remote offices, and plans to move to VoIP.
This position requires solid technical skills and experience with a variety of network protocols, software and hardware involved in LAN and WAN operations as well as Microsoft Windows Server in both native and HyperV environments.
The position requires strong troubleshooting, analytics and diagnostic skills, a high degree of organization, and good communications abilities. In addition, we require the individual to be available outside of standard work hours to address systems failures and reconfiguration that would disrupt normal work activity.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred however demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience are ultimately what matters most. In any case, a minimum of five years of work experience and demonstrated ability in the following skills is required:
- Expert TCP/IP v4 networking knowledge and experience including management and configuration of DCs (AD, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, knowledge of IPv6 a plus)
- Organize and maintain Microsoft Active Directory domain, and administer Group Policy
- Configure and monitor SNMP to measure network performance and equipment status
- Configure and maintain secure IPSEC VPN tunnels and routing to remote offices
- Manage network security using best practices including threat management using firewall hardware and software, log and security systems monitoring, malware, spam, and infiltration prevention control measures.
- Professional certifications offered by Microsoft in the areas of Networking and Server Management are a plus.
- Maintain and enhance company network policies
- Oversee backups, including strategy, tactics, and secure storage
- Minor maintenance and organization of patches and cable plant
- Knowledge of UPS/Power systems a plus
- Maintain systems and BCP/DR documentation
