Title Examiner, Sacramento, CA (posted 4/14/2010)

Description

Abstract, compile and examine documentation from public records, organize the information into a file which reflects the current condition of land requested by the client, tailored into a property report. Review chains for searching accuracy. Review documents and assemble in report writing order. Ability to communicate with all clients and meet their time frames. Quality control in-house searches when requested. Train County searchers when requested. Must be able to complete long orders including: 50 year chains of title, 100 year chains of title, Shopping Malls, Indian Reservation Lands, Airports and Railroad Properties.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have at least 10 years of experience as a Title Examiner or Title Officer and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be detail-oriented and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
