No, we do not provide legal advice. However, due to our experience of working with the state and county recorders, and negotiating "the red tape" of state government, we are able to get your documents processed in the most efficient and expedient manner possible. We have an understanding of the administrative rules of how documents are processed, so we can help protect your filings and recordings. Because we pick up and drop off filings with the California Secretary of State four to five times daily, we always have the most current information about procedures on hand. We quickly inform our clients of changes in processing times, administrative rules, changes in legislation and how it could affect your filing.
Although Pacific Corporate & Title Services cannot provide legal advice, we process thousands of documents annually and can alert you to potential problems of a document before it ever reaches the state or county recorders' offices for filing, saving you and your client valuable time.
