David Silverburg

After working in the title insurance industry and interacting with a variety of public records, David founded a search company, Bay Area Court House Services, later to become Pacific Corporate & Title Services.

Finding opportunity in offering quality search and filing services, David started tailoring search and filing services to meet the needs of attorneys, commercial lenders and escrow companies. As PCTS continues to find innovative ways to improve upon our services, David uses his hands-on experience to incorporate new technologies into increased value for our clients.

Henry Chang

Henry joined Pacific Corporate & Title Services in October of 2002. Henry comes to Pacific Corporate & Title Services with over 20 years of Publishing & Search Service Industry experience. Henry is the Account Executive, for the Corporate Escrow Divisions of PCTS, and is familiar with Bulk Sale Escrows & the unique needs of the Bulk Sale Escrow Officer.

Samuel Hon

Samuel brings his marketing and strategic communication experiences in marketing, event planning, design and research to Pacific Corporate & Title Services. He is responsible for corporate communication, customer research and product development at PCTS.

Samuel grew up in Hong Kong and graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2003. He received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors and distinction in Journalism - Strategic Communication. He also holds a Certificate in Technical Web Design from the UW Division of Information Technology. His honors thesis on metrosexual masculinities in media images was selected to present at the 54th International Communication Association Conference in 2004.

Jean Journeay

Jean comes to Pacific Corporate & Title Services with over 17 years of combined experience in the fields of management, government contracts and public records. Jean's focus is to take the Title Department to a nationwide level expanding on all of the services in the various departments and she has streamlined our procedures to better serve our clients. Under her leadership, the Title Division is committed to providing accurate and timely reports and document recordings.

Liz Phinney

Liz joined Pacific Corporate & Title Services on November 1st of 1999. She came to us with a background that included over 13 years of extensive Real Estate, Mortgage & Escrow experience. Liz is able to apply her wealth of knowledge and experience as a Manager for the Corporate Escrow Search Division, of Pacific Corporate & Title Services.

Pam Putnam

Pam joined Pacific Corporate & Title Services in November of 2003. She came to us with a background that included over 18 years of Public Notice and Legal Advertising experience. Pam is able to apply her abundance of knowledge and experience as the Office Manager for Pacific Corporate & Title Services Norwalk office.

Kimberly Waldrep

Kimbery joined Pacific Corporate & Title Service in June 2004. Her background includes extensive Human Resources experience in a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, education and entertainment. Kimberly is able to bring her experience to PCTS to help develop and create a strong Human Resources environment.

Dean Zimmermann

Dean establishes the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures for the information technology department at First Corporate Solutions as well as its parent company, Pacific Corporate & Title Services. Dean has been in the Information Technology industry for over 20 years, working for major PC manufacturers, government integrators and dot-com businesses in Chicago, Washington DC, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento.

During his career, he managed Zenith Data Systems' engineering group developing systems integration solutions to capture more than $1.5B in government contracts, managed Zenith and Packard Bell IT teams, directed NEC's Internet Development & Marketing team and Tower Records' Internet Technologies team. He has also written and presented white papers on educational use of computers and served as technical liaison to the Panama Canal Commission. Dean's specialities include web development and IT strategy, and he received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.

Chris Cerruti

Chris Cerruti joined First Corporate Solutions in the early 1990s as a county searcher in the Bay Area. His current role has him representing the company's interests in Escrow, the Pacific Report, and in the Attorney/Lender division.

Chris's background includes more than 10 years of sales/operations experience in the public records industry, and two years of sales experience laboring for a manufacturer and importer of computer hardware. He has taught high school English as a Second Language.

Born in San Francisco, he attended the University of Padua, Italy before receiving his BA in English from UC Berkeley in 1989, and is currently completing his Masters of Secondary Education at the University of Phoenix.
